At Mini Mutts, we know how hard it is to find quality dog services in the Tacoma area. It’s important to do your homework and select only the best for your furry friends. That’s why Mini Mutts has been locally owned and operated since 2011 by Molly Miller.
A lifelong animal lover, Molly followed a dream when she left her career as a LPGA Golf Professional to build a facility to bring joy to every dog’s life. She knows all too well the balancing the demands of a career and caring for a fur child can be challenging. Molly can often be found working to make Mini Mutts the best facility in Tacoma, with playing on the floor with your dogs or greeting every dog as they come to daycare she always has a smile on her face.

We know Coronavirus/COVID-19 is a concerning topic for people everywhere, including pet parents. As we are your pet facility serving in caring for the overall health and wellness of your pets, we want to ensure you need to care for your pet and entire family. We have always taken pride in our clean facility but what you to know we are doing extra steps to disinfect door knobs, check out station etc for your safety and health.
We will remain open for services. Daycare, Boarding. We are getting in contact with our Pet food supply vendors to offer dog and cat food for pick up to our customers ONLY, to help you minimize your venture out to the bigger stores.
If you are feeling sick, please do not bring your pet in, have a different person bring your pet in. we only have one person on site for limited exposure.
If someone becomes Sick in your home, or who become sick or require hospitalization we will have someone here to take care of your pets. And we can pick up your pet and board them while you recover.
According to the CDC, there is currently no known reason to believe that any animals, including pets in the United States, can spread COVID-19.
And, to date the CDC has not received any reports of pets or other animals becoming sick with COVID-19.
People who are sick with COVID-19 should restrict their contact with animals. If you see any changes in the health condition of your pets, advice from a veterinarian should be sought as soon as possible. As always, pet parents should adopt good hygiene habits, such as washing their hands before and after handling pets, their food and supplies, and maintain a clean environment.
Stay calm. Remember, we will get through this!
It is important to stay calm. COVID-19 is a respiratory illness spread via droplets and we know how to deal with that.
Being informed and taking precautions is your best course of action. Panic could be the largest factor we have to respond to in this entire situation. Finally, if you have thoughts or concerns, please share them with us.
